Alan Delanoza - My Background
I migrated from Kauai, Hawaii to Portland Oregon before settling in Los Angeles in 1993. Although my primary background is in the insurance industry, the travel industry was an easy transition. I was first hired by Trams in January of 1994 and was able to sharpen my skills in accounting, windows, networking, reservation systems, and Trams back office. The internet was still in its infancy stage, but Travel and Technology seemed to be a good fit for me. I have now been in the industry for over 15 years and have been to the Pacific Northwest, Toronto, New York, and my favorite – all the Hawaiian Islands. I’m an expert in accounting, front office CRM, database, and automation. I love this industry simply because it’s been a part of my upbringing, culture, and now career.
